Marketplace policies and launch requirements
Marketplace status. Customers can browse profiles and save favorites. Creators can prepare profiles and store items; verified creators can publish eligible listings. Payment processing is not connected yet, so the site cannot charge customers.
Age, identity and consent
Only adults aged 18 or older may apply to sell. All depicted real people must also be adults and must consent to the use of their images. Registration and clicking an age notice are not identity or age verification. The operator must verify creators and image rights separately before any upload privilege or public listing is approved. Do not upload ID documents in creator profile forms.
Content rules
Submissions must be lawful, non-explicit, consensual and rights-cleared. No minors, sexual exploitation, nonconsensual imagery, impersonation, stolen photos or unauthorized likenesses. Submissions are moderated; illegal or prohibited content can be rejected and removed. Public previews must not expose identity documents or private originals.
Creator identity
Public seller profiles are for real adult creators. Creators must have rights to the images and products they offer, and the operator must verify creators before public selling. Synthetic seller identities and synthetic product imagery are not supported by the marketplace.
Payments and refunds
The cart and order-preparation structure exists, but no payment provider is connected. The site cannot currently charge a payment method or complete payouts. Future live payments require an appropriate provider, operator-specific legal terms, customer service details, refund handling and tested entitlement/payout workflows.
Storage and privacy
When connected, Supabase Auth processes user sign-in. Creator submissions are stored in a private bucket and remain subject to operator review. Approved separate previews may be public. Do not upload sensitive identity documents using the current forms. The temporary 18+ acknowledgement is held in session storage; the operator must publish an actual privacy notice and contact information before a wider public launch.
